I have a book that lists that! You can search for it by typing it in as Zuppa Tuscana recipe, but here it is:

1/2 lb spicy italian sausage

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Combine stock and cream in saucepan over med heat

Slice unpeeled potato into 1/4 inch slices, then quarter the slices and add them to the broth.

Maybe you can ask the chef...
Do a web search of either copycat recipes or go to www.topsecretrecipes.com and they have loads of choices. I found one for KFC coleslaw that taste like the real thing!
Ask the frozen-food companies they get it from.
