Anyone know any trailer trash recipes?

I'm going to be hosting a trailer trash theme party soon and I need some food ideas. Can someone please help me out? Are there websites for this sort of thing? Where can I find them?Anyone know any trailer trash recipes?
A couple of things... Actually a friend gave me this cook book as a gag ';White Trash Cooking'; in the ref... Funny and to the point.

Ideas:

Spam Fondue

One can of (Original) style Spam

One brick of Velveeta Cheese (Regular) Style

Coleman two burner camp stove

One empty Folgers coffee can

Two wire coat hangers

Place Velveeta in coffee can and melt slowly.

Straighten coat hangers and cut each in half to make four skewers.

Stir Velveeta.

Cube Spam into half inch squares.

Stir Velveeta.

Turn Coleman stove to low.

Gather around the Coleman.

Skewer individual chunks of Spam and dip in melted Velveeta.

Serves four or more... depending.

Goes nicely with Budweiser.

Bologna Cake

1 1/2 lb. bologna

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Get 1 1/2 pounds bologna sliced 1/2-inch thick. Take 1 piece of bologna and cover with a layer of cream cheese, lay another piece of bologna on top of first piece. Then cover second piece with cream cheese, continue to do this until all 1 1/2 pounds are layered in the form of a cake. Then take remaining cream cheese and cover top and sides, just like you were icing a cake. Chill, slice and serve with crackers or chips.

Bologna Roll-ups

You can substitute sliced ham for the bologna.

6 to 8 slices bologna

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

Long, thin dill pickle sticks

Spread bologna slices with cream cheese. Put pickle near one end and roll bologna around the pickle. Use toothpicks, if needed, to keep it rolled. Slice a half-inch thick and serve. I love these!

Cheese Slices

Place bologna on cookie sheet and put in oven until bologna makes cup. Take out, fill with mashed potatoes and top with cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts.

TATER TOT CASSEROLE

1 bag tater tots

shredded cheese

1 lb of ground hamburger meat

serves: 6 or 7

Brown hamburger meat. Add cream of mushroom soup and stir together continuously.

Let simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.

Place mixture in the bottom of a casserole dish. Lay tater tots neatly on top of the mixture.

Place in oven on 350' and let the tater tots brown.

Sprinkle with cheese; melt it in the oven and ENJOYAnyone know any trailer trash recipes?

One MUST HAVE that is so good....

Little smokies and BBQ sauce. ONLY, if you have one of those chocolate fountains like they have at parties and weddings, put BBQ sauce in it instead of chocolate.

I like the sh it on a shingle one... maybe pigs in a blanket (croisont wrapped around cheese and a mini sausage). Goodluck!
I think that anything you can buy at Walgreen's and cover in gravy would be considered ';trailer trash';...but seriously, I don't know any specific foods.

BUT....for a cute twist on serving things in large quantities such as potato chips, pretzels, and the like, buy a brand new office-sized trash can (the little ones) and write the word ';Trailer'; on it. Get it? Trailer Trash? You could also fill it with ice and cheap beers, or as long as it's heat resistant, some ramen noodle soup. Hehehe...I got the idea from my old math teacher who would write ';CUBS'; (I'm from Chicago) on this huge, square fan he had. A Cubs fan!!

Trailer Park Groundhog

Take gun (.22 cal is good). Load with bullets and accurately fire at head [Ed. Note: We're assuming the groundhog's head, not your own].

Skin groundhog and gut him. Clean out carcass with waterhose.

Cut critter into quarters.

Make up a big batch of your favorite marinade (make sure it has oil and vinegar to help tenderize the groundhog).

Throw marinade and critter pieces into plastic trash bag and marinade around 2 to 3 days in the refrigerator.

Take out marinated critter pieces and throw on the grill on low heat. Cook until rare to medium rare. Do not overcook, critter will dry out.

And no one likes their critter dry.

Country-Style Groundhog

1 groundhog

1/2 c. flour

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

1/4 c. cooking oil

1/2 tsp. sugar

Clean and skin as soon as possible. Remove all sent glands. Cut off head, feet and tail. Cure in cool place by suspending from hook approximately 4 days.

When ready to cook, lard according to recipe.

Dress groundhog as you would a rabbit, removing the small sacs in the back and under the forearm. Soak groundhog overnight in salted water to remove wild flavor.

Combine flour, salt and pepper; rub into groundhog pieces. Brown grounhog in hot oil in skillet; sprinkle with sugar. Reduce heat and add 1/2 cup water. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes or until tender. Remove cover and cook for 10 minutes longer.

Boil %26amp; Bake Groundhog from ';Cookin' With Home Storage'; by Peggy Layton and Vicki Tate.

Skin and clean the groundhog. Boil until tender. Remove from the water and season with salt, pepper and red pepper. Bake in an oven at 350掳F. or cook over an open fire.

You got a lot of really good suggestions. But how about the obvious? TV dinners????
Pigs in a blanket, maybe? Really cheap beer, too, and wine from a box...

I am disturbed that so many things posted on here are foods I grew up eating. I may need to rethink my opinions on my family...
