Lean pork stir fry
Serves 4
Preparation time less than 30 mins
Cooking time 10 to 30 mins
Ingredients
110g/4oz medium ready-made egg noodles
250g/10陆oz lean pork, cut into cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 red onion, peeled and sliced
陆 green pepper, core and seeds removed, sliced
2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
陆 mango, peeled, stone removed and chopped
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
squeeze lime juice
splash water
1 tsp soy sauce
1 vegetable stock cube
1 tsp sesame oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
1. Preheat the grill to its highest setting.
2. Cook the egg noodles according to packet instructions and drain.
3. Place the pork pieces onto a baking sheet and place under a heated grill. Grill for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally to brown all over, until cooked through.
4. Heat the olive oil in a wok over a high heat. Add the onion and stir-fry for a few minutes to soften.
5. Add the green pepper, garlic, mango and ginger to the wok and stir-fry for a few minutes.
6. Add the lime juice, splash of water and soy sauce. Stir well and crumble in the stock cube. 7. Add the sesame oil and salt and freshly ground black pepper and continue to heat for a few minutes.
8. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until heated through.
9. Add the cooked pork pieces to the pan, stir again, then transfer the noodles to a large bowl and serve hot.Can you tell me your best pork stir fry recipes?

cook pork in non stick fry pan, add broccoli and carrots, keep stir frying till nearly cooked, then add jar of sauce, simmer for about 10 mins stirring. Serve with boiled rice.

cook pork until tender add a bag of frozen stir fry a small can of pine apple tid bit's and a jar of sweet and sour sauce from the chinese section of the grocery
1. Marinate sliced lean pork in the following: soya sauce, vinegar, garlic paste, salt, sugar and corn flour and a tablespoon of oil ( sesame oil is preferred ) .
2. Thinly slice onion, shallots, bell peppers and pak choy ( optional )
3. In a wok, heat oil till it starts smoking and put in a pinch of monosodium glutamate ( aji-no-moto), and immediately put in the meat and sliced onions first.
3. Stir quickly and continuously on high heat till you see the meat changing colour to a glazed white .
4. Add the rest of the vegetables - still stirring.
5. Adjust seasoning - specially the soya sauce and also put in one tablespoon of corn flour dissolved in half a cup of water.
serve hot with rice .
i dont know any recipes but if you want a good one, you HAVE to have oyster sauce in your vege's

i like my pork stir fry with some young bamboo shoots, some paprika, carrots and hoisin sauce...yummy!!
