Ingredients
* 6 (12-ounce) cans evaporated milk
* 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
* 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
* 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* Pinch cayenne pepper
* 2 (12-ounce) bags semisweet chocolate chips (recommended: Hershey's)
* Cocoa powder, for serving
Directions
For stovetop: In a large pot over medium heat, whisk together milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and nutmeg. Add chocolate chips. Stir until chocolate is melted. Cover and turn heat to low for 5 minutes.
For slow cooker: In a 4-quart slow cooker, whisk together milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and nutmeg. Add chocolate chips. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 2 to 3 hours, stirring every 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve with a dusting of cocoa powder.
Guacamole:
INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
3 avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup diced onion
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 pinch ground cayenne pepper (optional)
DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper. Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.
Frito Chili Pie

Serving Size: 1
Ingredients:
1 cup of Fritos Corn Chips
1/2 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Chili
Directions:
Place Fritos corn chips in a bowl or soup mug (do not crush; just push down and break them slightly to make room for other ingredients)
Place shredded cheddar cheese on top of corn chips
Pour heated chili over the top (the heated chili will melt the cheese)
Stir slightly to mix ingredients and serve!
