';A tangy European style dipping sauce for french fries.';
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 pinch salt
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise and salt. Stir in vinegar 1 teaspoon at a time until you reach a your desired consistency. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
We don't have french fries in England, they are called chips. We don't have dips either, salt and vinegar is the usual, tomato ketchup,HP sauce, gravy if you're from the north or if we feel a bit continental we go for mayonaisse.
If you are looking for dips for crisps, then just a mexican style salsa will do, cream cheese, or just go buy some fromthe supermarket!
