Although I've never cooked anything that called for blueberry cream cheese, I would imagine that any fruit dessert that calls for cream cheese would only be enhanced by using blueberry cream cheese, as long as it doesn't clash with the fruit in the recipe. I would think it would make an awesome frosting/topping for blueberry muffins, especially mixed with some powdered sugar, and thinned a bit with some milk.
