Are there any recipes out there you can make, using broken ice cream cones?

Marshmallow Nachos

Serves: 4

Prep Time: 4 minutes

Cook Time: 2 minutes

7 or 8 Waffle Cone Cookies or broken up waffle ice cream cones

4 Chocolate Chipetta Plush Puffs

4 Caramel Swirl Plush Puffs

2 Tablespoons best quality Caramel Sauce or 5 unwrapped Caramels (our absolute favorite is Béquet!)

2 Tablespoons Chocolate Chips

2 Tablespoons toasted Pecans

On a large platter, arrange the waffle cone cookies or pieces in pile as if they were chips for nachos. Using a pair of kitchen shears or scissors cut the chocolate and caramel marshmallows into small 1⁄4” pieces and scatter over the waffle pieces. Drizzle on the caramel sauce. If you are using unwrapped caramel, cut into small piece and scatter about. Sprinkle the chips and pecans over the top. Either using a kitchen torch or the microwave, melt and toast all of the toppings until melted and gooey. Serve warm

Freeze 1/2 hour. Pull back from plastic wrap and sprinkle each log with pecan pieces. Rewrap in plastic and freeze for two hours or overnight. Remove plastic wrap and place on serving dish.
