What kind of hot sauce?

Edit:

Simplest thing ever! Par boi/or fry some chicken wings. Drain, place on cookie sheet poor hot sauce on top. Bake at a 350 degree oven for about 15 to 20 minutes. Yum. You can have some blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.

Also, Carne con Chile

fry some diced pork in a pan with a tiny bit of oil. When the meat gets browned add some hot sauce(to taste) heat through and eat with tortilla's. Better when made with homemade salsa, but still very tasty. You can eat it with some beans on the side...even better. Have fun, experiment with many things until you find what you like best. You can put hot sauce on almost anything. I do think I like it best on fried chicken or beans. Like butter beans, or pinto beans. With corn bread Yummy!

When I cook with hot sauce I use it when I fry buffalo wings. I take your choice of pancake mix follow the instructions as if you would when making pancakes. Make sure you season wings like you would any other time. Add add as much hot sauce as you like and take your wings dip the in the pancake mix/hot sauce mixture and fry them. Make sure you don't over-cook them cause you don't want your pancake mix to burn your wings. The pancake mix gives the wings a little sweet taste, and when it's mixed with the hot sauce talk about YUM-O
Add it to anything! Mix it with cumin and ranch to spice up the dressing and make a great veggie dip. Add a couple of drops of hot sauce to butter for dipping steamed oysters or shrimp. Add it to ketchup to give it a little kick. If you think it would taste good on whatever, put it on it or in it. There are no limits!
Buffalo wings. Brush wings with olive oil. Bake at 350 F for about an hour or until done, turning once. Meanwhile, melt some butter and add Louisiana hot sauce to taste. When wings are done, dunk them in the sauce and serve. You can also make the sauce using olive oil instead of butter.
mix with melted butter and dip chicken in it
Most Buffalo Chicken type dishes work excellently with hot sauce (like the Buffalo Chicken Pizza above).

One of my favorites is a party dish - Buffalo Chicken Dip.

1 container cream cheese

1 can chicken

1 package cheese

however much hot sauce you like

bag of chips for dipping

Spread the cream cheese at the bottom of a baking dish. Add the chicken, add the hot sauce, sprinkle cheese over it all. Bake in an oven for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with chips.
