What are some good vegetarian recipes?

I have been a vegetarian for almost 3 months and i always eat the same things. I was wondering if anyone had any good vegetarian recipes. I don't like peppers, onions or mushrooms but pretty much everything else. Any suggestions?What are some good vegetarian recipes?
There is no such thing as a ';good vegetarian recipe';. Just be happy with the fact that in 25 years you'll still be eating the same thing!

To the person below me, the request was for GOOD vegetarian recipes- I rest my case.What are some good vegetarian recipes?
There is so much variety...that one guy is ignorant. =P

Here is the best cookbook ever: http://www.amazon.com/Vegan-Vengeance-De鈥?/a>

Some of the author's recipes can be found on her site too: www.theppk.com/recipes

=)

I get a lot of cool food ideas from bloggers; here are a few of my favorites:

Look at the recipe indexes to find what you're craving ;)

Here is what I am having for lunch tomorrow:

One of my giant sandwiches usually consists of:

two slices of whole wheat bread

some Vegenaise (Follow Your Heart brand)

2-3 slices of Tofurkey

two slices of tomatoes

some lettuce or baby spinach

a couple of slices of avocado

a dash of pepper

some spicy sauce (Spiracha, I'm not sure if I spelled that right...you get it from Asian markets)

And that'll be it, unless I feel like adding mustard or something. =)
Ignore the ignorant statement bigtone made, i have a suggestion im unsure if you know about it but in the freezer section of the store there are vegan oriented frozen foods such as burgers and crumbles which are great for convenience.

As for you not liking peppers , is it due to spiciness or is it just flavour (bell peppers are not spicy at all and have a moderately sweet taste) when i first started eating vegetarian i was concerned about how bland the food would be but you have to go at it with an open mind and prepare for adjustments in what foods you buy and prepare.

Here are a few helpful resources that i use often ;

and a few personal favourite recipes ;

-Sticky buns

-Eggplant parmesen ( planning on making soon as i loved parmesan style foods)

-Veggie loaf (don't underestimate it , as i did , with the right combination of ingredients it was great)

-Barbecue sandwhich, this is another one of my favourite go-to dishes I'd suggest marinating the hearts of palm slightly with a small amount of liquid smoke (be careful liquid smoke is very potent)

One final thing I'd like to note is that i also do eat seafood (Any type of fish however i do not eat still living sushi , octopus , dolphin ..etc)

And i sometimes use eggs as binding agents in recipes (I know im a slacker as a vegetarian =X )

Hope the info helps you though ^_^

well a great twist on pizza is putting cream cheese on the dough and adding ranch seasoning and fresh veggies on top of it and my favorite veggie burger special wrap is a veggie burger with cheese, coleslaw and thousand island dressing.
