Has anyone bought the Veganomicon and did you like the recipes?

I've heard good reviews but I wanted to hear what real people thought about it.Has anyone bought the Veganomicon and did you like the recipes?

Veganomicon is GREAT. I just had the Manzana Chili Verde the other night and it was fabulous. I've also tried the Potato Kale Enchiladas with Roasted Pepper Sauce, the Chickpea Cutlets (which are stellar and SO easy to make,) the Black Bean Burgers, the Smlove Pie (omg!) the Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies and several other recipes. Nothing has been short of delicious.





Her first one, Vegan with a Vengeance is awesome, too.
This free ebook has 490 award winning recipes, I think I saw what you're looking for in it.
I love it.





However I wish it had more pictures. I am 31 old woman asking for pictures in books! hehehe. Actually I wish it had more pictures to show what the end food looks like.





Its is very easy to follow and it has a funny style of writing! very personal!
